Ask us to inspect the land which you think may be suitable for use as a building plot. If we think you have a reasonable chance of success, we will prepare and submit an application and deal with all the authorities involved on your behalf. We will also take the application to planning appeal on the same basis if necessary. This work will be carried out at no cost to you, but if the application is successful we will require the opportunity to buy the plot from you.
If we fail you will at least have the satisfaction of knowing that you tried. If we succeed you will have a valuable building plot.
